What You'll Discover on Your Key Biscayne & Stiltsville Boat Tour:
🌿 Your journey takes you toward Virginia Key, where mangrove-lined shorelines reveal a completely different side of Miami. These coastal ecosystems provide important habitat for fish, birds, manatees, and other marine life.
🐬 As you explore Biscayne Bay, keep your eyes on the water. We regularly encounter local wildlife along these routes, including dolphins, manatees, rays, fish, iguanas, and coastal birds.
🌴 Continue toward Key Biscayne, surrounded by tropical vegetation, beautiful beaches, shallow turquoise waters, and natural scenery just beyond Miami’s skyline.
🏠 One of the highlights of the tour is Stiltsville, a collection of colorful historic wooden houses standing above the shallow waters of Biscayne Bay and accessible only by boat.
The story of Stiltsville dates back to the 1930s. Over the following decades, it became one of Miami’s most unusual gathering places, known for private clubs, parties, and stories of gambling and illegal alcohol. After decades only seven structures remain today, creating one of Miami’s most unique historical landmarks and an incredible sight from the water.
🏛️ On the return journey, cruise toward Coconut Grove and Vizcaya, discovering another chapter of Miami’s history as you pass the famous waterfront estate and its distinctive European-inspired architecture.
🏙️ Finally, enjoy panoramic views of the Downtown Miami and Brickell skyline from Biscayne Bay as you make your way back toward Miami Beach.
The combination of mangroves, wildlife, Key Biscayne, Stiltsville, Miami history, tropical waters, and skyline views makes this one of our most diverse private boat experiences.
⚠️ Important Wildlife Information: Wildlife is regularly spotted along this route, but all animals are completely wild and sightings are never guaranteed. Their location and activity vary naturally depending on the season and conditions. Manatees are generally easier to encounter during the cooler winter months.
Extend Your Tour: Snorkel at Fowey Rocks Lighthouse

Surrounded by clear blue water and far from the city and crowded beaches, Fowey Rocks feels like a place frozen in time. Swim and snorkel around the historic lighthouse while exploring coral formations, tropical fish, and the surrounding marine life.
🐠 It’s a true off-the-beaten-path Miami experience, accessible only by boat and discovered by very few visitors.
