Your boat tour includes:

✅ Fuel

✅ Cooler with ice and fresh water
✅ Built-in Bluetooth speakers
✅ All required safety equipment

2. What Should You Bring?

For a comfortable experience, we recommend bringing:
✔️ Food and drinks
✔️ Towels
✔️ Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
✔️ Rain jacket (weather-dependent)
✔️ Swimwear
✔️ Extra cash
✔️ A valid ID or passport

3. Booking & Availability

The calendar displayed on our website is not live or automatically updated. It is a request system that helps us understand your preferred date, duration, and start time.

📌 Your reservation is not confirmed until we verify availability and you pay the required deposit. The final departure date and time may be adjusted based on availability.

4. Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total tour amount is required. No reservation will be confirmed without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

• 7+ days before departure → Full refund
• 3–7 days before departure → 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before departure → No refund

5. Weather Policy

Miami’s weather can be unpredictable. While we closely monitor conditions, we cannot guarantee specific weather at the time of your tour.

Our tours operate in most conditions, including sun, clouds, wind, light rain, and varying temperatures.

Tours are only canceled in the following extreme conditions:

❌ Severe storms
❌ U.S. Coast Guard advisories for small crafts
❌ Mechanical issues affecting safety

In case of extreme weather, we will reschedule your tour based on availability.

⚠️ If the weather is deemed acceptable (not extreme) and you choose to cancel or reschedule within 3 days of departure, your deposit will not be refunded.

Captain T Yacht Rental LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to hurricanes, heavy rain, strong winds, or mechanical issues.

6. Check-in & Late Arrival Policy

⏰ Check-in is required 15 minutes before departure.
🚤 Our boat tours operate on a back-to-back schedule.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

• Guests arriving 15+ minutes after departure time will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund.
